The battery spot welding machine is mainly used for semi-automatic spot welding of the cell-to-cell busbar of cylindrical battery packs. The welding process programming operation is simple, only manual loading and unloading are required, and the welding of the battery module/pack is automatically completed by the battery spot welding machine.

The use of 3-axis electric drive can effectively prevent false welding and frying welding due to unstable compressed air pressure.
5) Circulating water cooling system
The spot-welding head adopts circulating water cooling to dissipate heat, which effectively reduces the loss of welding pins and improves the welding effect.
6) Welding needles management
The battery spot welding machine has the functions of recording, alarming and resetting the number of times of welding needles use, and forecasting and reminding the replacement of welding needles.
The welding pressure of the two welding needles can be adjusted independently.
7) Breakpoint continuous welding
It has the function of origin reset and breakpoint continuous welding. That is, if the machine stops due to abnormal problems during the spot-welding process, we can choose to return to the origin or continue welding from the breakpoint.
