This prismatic cell sorting machine is a professional li ion cell sorting machine. The open circuit voltage and internal resistance of the prismatic cells are tested through the equipped high-precision battery OCV/IR tester, and the prismatic cells are automatically grouped into corresponding pre-matching channels according to the grading range set on the PC operating software.

First, manually place the battery cells on the prismatic cell feeding belt. Second, the prismatic cell sorting machine will automatically transfer the prismatic cells to the battery OCV/IR test station for battery voltage and internal resistance testing. Third, after the OCV/IR test is completed, the prismatic cells are automatically transferred to the battery reader station for battery barcode/QR code reading. The operating software of the prismatic cell sorting machine will automatically bind the OCV/IR test data and the battery code in one-to-one correspondence, and sort the prismatic cells into the corresponding receiving channel according to the preset OCV/IR range of each channel. Finally, the prismatic cells are manually taken out from the receiving channels and placed into the corresponding containers.
