Product overview:

The battery balancing machine is a high precision battery test equipment used to solve the voltage difference of different cells in the same battery pack. By charging and discharging all battery cells in the same string, the voltage difference of each battery cell tends to zero. This achieves battery cell balance and extends the service life of the battery pack.

Each battery balancing machine charges or discharges a single battery cell at the same time without disconnecting the cell-to-cell connector. It can balance batteries in parallel or balance batteries in series. The cut-off condition can be set to voltage, current or capacity.


Scope of application:

The battery balancing machine is a high precision battery test equipment, suitable for the repair and maintenance of ebike batteries, electric motorcycle batteries, car batteries, EV batteries, ESS batteries, drone batteries, electric forklift batteries and other batteries.


Features:

1. Battery balancing machines in different cabinets are isolated from each other, allowing simultaneous charge and discharge of multiple cells in the same battery pack for battery cell balancing to repair and maintenance the battery pack.
