The spot welder for lithium-ion batteries is equipped with an inverter DC welding power source and has a welding power switch function. It can switch the welding current required by the positive and negative electrodes when welding cylindrical battery packs, which can effectively avoid the big difference in the effect of welding the positive and negative electrodes with the same welding current.

Scope of application:

The spot welder for lithium-ion batteries is suitable for the spot welding of cylindrical battery packs.

It is usually used for spot welding of pure nickel sheets and nickel-plated steel sheets with a thickness of 0.1~0.3mm.

Features:

1) A total of 32 sets of welding parameters can be stored, allowing more flexible selection and control during welding, which can realize fast switching.

2) Preheating current, welding current and tempering current can be set, which effectively solves the problem of splashing during welding and quenching of workpiece after welding. The three discharge pulses can be used alone or in any combination.

3) With current slow rise and slow fall function: use the slow rise and slow fall function to avoid splashing during welding.

4) It has the function of single point, continuous, seam welding.

5) Energy-saving: Three-phase power input, rectified and inverted intermediate frequency 1000Hz output, high working frequency, low transformer loss, and obvious energy-saving effect.

6) Fault diagnosis and automatic protection function: In the working process, if the controller detects an abnormal situation, it will automatically turn off the output and give a friendly reminder.
