Product overview:
The lithium-ion battery cell sorting machine tests the battery cells through the equipped battery OCV/IR tester. The professional battery sorting system software can determine the grade of each battery cell according to the OCV/IR setting values, and then transfer battery cells of different grades to different channels according to the testing values, thus realizing the automatic test and sorting of the battery.
The battery cell sorting machine is mainly composed of a loading hopper module, an OCV/IR test module, an automatic sorting module, a receiving-channels module.

1) Large-capacity loading hopper
The battery cell sorting machine is equipped with a large-capacity loading hopper, which can hold 500 battery cells, reducing the number of feedings.
Note: The prototype battery type is 18650 cells.

The equipped Industrial PC & Monitor and professional battery sorting system software make the operation very simple and easy to use.

The battery cell sorting machine can test and sort about 5000 cells per hour to achieve high-speed grading.

The transportation route of the cylindrical cells in the battery sorter adopts insulating material to prevent short circuit.

The battery sorter machine is able to connect to the in-house network, and the test data can be uploaded to the MES system.

The battery test is a four-wire measurement with high test accuracy.
