Product overview:
The battery cell testing and sorting machine is used for battery OCV/IR testing and grading to improve the consistency of battery cells. By doing so, the charge and discharge performance and cycle life of each battery cell will tend to be consistent, thereby avoiding the "barrel short board principle" and maximizing the cycle life of the battery pack.
The battery cell testing and sorting machine is mainly composed of a loading hopper module, an OCV/IR test module, an automatic sorting module, a receiving manipulator module, a receiving containers module.
Scope of application:
The battery cell testing and sorting machine is used for the classification of cylindrical battery cells, and performs accurate grading and automatic sorting based on the measured OCV/IR value.
The battery sorter of 18650, 21700, 26650, 26700, 32650 and 32700 and other cylindrical battery cells can be customized.
Features:
1) Replaceable receiving containers
The battery cell testing and sorting machine is equipped with replaceable receptacle containers. When the number of cells required for a battery module/battery pack is reached, the container can be replaced manually.
2) Automatic receiving manipulator
The receiving manipulator can automatically send the graded battery cells to the receiving container, saving labor.
3) Large-capacity loading hopper
The battery cell testing and sorting machine is equipped with a large-capacity loading hopper, which can hold 500 battery cells, reducing the number of feedings.
