Functional description:
The battery cell cycler is a regenerative design battery cell test system controlled by industrial PC. It is mainly applied to electrical performance test for high-power high-energy secondary batteries, EV battery modules and energy storage power batteries, such as the charge-discharge cycles test, learning test, cell performance test, battery capacity test, battery internal resistance test, battery deep discharge test and battery consistency test etc.

Applicable range:
The battery cell cycler can be applied to the high-power battery cells, energy storage battery cells and large capacity battery cells, etc.
Advantages:

Test items:
1) Battery charge learning test: constant current, constant voltage, constant power, constant resistance, constant current converting to constant voltage, current step, current ramp, pulse, cycle and rest.
2) Test step: ≥9999 steps; cycle index: ≥9999 times; unlimited program storage.
Set the jump and end conditions according to the conventional variables (voltage, current, time, capacity, energy, power and temperature) and custom variables.
3) The battery cell cycler test software adopts “menu-type programming” for real-time working condition file (EXCEL format) import. The working condition files can be obtained by artificial editing and working condition acquisition system.
4) Charge cut-off conditions: voltage, current, time and capacity and custom variable etc.
5) Voltage, current, temperature and capacity monitoring during cycling.
6) Protections: over-voltage, over-current, over-power, under-voltage, over-temperature, reversed polarity, output short-circuit, electric leakage, outrage protection etc.
7) Countermeasure system of AC electric system faults: when the input end of power grid has faults like short circuit and phase failure, the battery cell cycler shall run normally without influencing the battery on the output end.
8) Self-diagnosis: When the cycler malfunctions, such as over-temperature and overload, the battery cell cycler can judge itself and promptly make alarms and take relevant protection actions.
9) Working condition simulation: the battery cell cycler supports the standard working condition simulation of power battery and the data files can be converted into test files.
10) The battery cell cycler supports zero-voltage discharge.
