Product Overview:
The lithium battery laser welding machine is a professional and reliable battery pack laser welding system specially developed for laser welding the cell-to-cell busbar of prismatic cells, pouch cells and cylindrical cells (Aluminum Case).
This battery pack welder is mainly composed of CW fiber laser, galvanometer laser welding head, height measuring sensor, industrial PC, monitor, 4-axis gantry laser welding workstation, positioning CCD (Optional), inert gas blowing device, pneumatic pressing device, and water chiller, etc.
Scope of Application:
The lithium battery laser welding machine is suitable for the battery pack laser welding of EV batteries, ESS batteries, e-bike batteries, e-motorcycle batteries, AGV batteries and UPS batteries, etc.
Features:
1) Well-known brand of CW fiber laser
This lithium battery laser welding machine is equipped with well-known brand of CW fiber laser, which has good laser welding quality and stable and reliable performance. The standard configuration brand is GW Laser. In addition, Raycus Laser, Maxphotonics Laser and IPG Photonics Laser are optional brands.
2) Strong welding capability & High welding flexibility
The CW fiber laser equipped in the battery pack welder has strong welding ability and high welding flexibility. We can adjust the matching laser output power and laser welding speed according to the specific material and thickness. In addition, penetration welding or seam welding can be selected according to the specific laser welding application.
3) Four-axis gantry laser welding workstation with high precision and high stability
The lithium battery laser welding machine integrates a 4-axis gantry laser welding workstation, driven by 4 independent servo motors, with high precision and high stability.
The standard move stroke is X800*Y1600*Y2600*Z400mm, and X1000*Y1800*Y2800*Z400mm is optional. In addition, it can also be customized according to specific requirements.
4) Professional battery laser welding control software
This battery pack welder is equipped with professional battery laser welding control software. The laser welding process is easy to set up and can be quickly switched to the laser welding process of a specific battery module after saving.
5) A variety of laser welding trajectories are available
Battery pack laser welding supports a variety of welding trajectories, such as straight line, circle, square, arc, etc. The welding trajectory of each welding area can be the same or different, and the laser welding power can also be the same or different.
6) Equipped with high-precision height measuring sensor
The lithium battery laser welding machine is equipped with a high-precision micro laser distance sensor with a repeatability of 30μm, ensuring that the height of each welding area of each battery cell is consistent with the laser welding head, achieving stable and consistent laser welding results and quality.
7) Equipped with air knife to protect the laser welding head lens
The battery pack welder is equipped with a circular air knife under the laser welding head, which can effectively protect the laser welding head lens, ensuring the quality of battery pack laser welding on the one hand and extending the service life of the lens on the other.
8) Equipped with inert gas blowing device
The lithium battery laser welding machine is equipped with an inert gas blowing device and a reserved inert gas input port. After connecting to nitrogen or argon, it can prevent welding oxidation and further improve laser welding quality and pass rate.
9) Equipped with pneumatic pressing device
The lithium battery laser welding machine is equipped with a pneumatic pressing device, which can automatically press the battery and busbar during welding to avoid loose welding caused by loose fit.
10) Positioning CCD is optional
Positioning CCD is optional. After the lithium battery laser welding machine is equipped with positioning CCD, it can realize automatic photography and automatic compensation of welding position deviation to avoid welding position deviation caused by battery module size deviation.
