Product overview:

The battery laser welder is a professional and efficient welding system specially developed for welding pouch cell battery packs. The battery laser welder is mainly composed of a 150W-QCW laser, a rotary welding platform with 4 welding stations, a galvanometer welding head, an industrial PC, a monitor, and professional laser welding control software, etc.


Scope of application:

The battery laser welder is suitable for the welding of pouch cell battery packs, especially the spot welding of pouch cell tabs onto PCM/PCBAs, such as mobile phone batteries, tablet batteries, power bank batteries, etc.


Features: 

1) The pouch cell tab welding equipment is specially designed for the welding of pouch cell tabs onto PCM/PCBAs, which perfectly matches the welding requirements.

2) The battery tab welding machine is equipped with a QCW laser, which has higher electro-optical conversion efficiency, better beam quality and lower maintenance costs than YAG lasers.

3) The battery tab laser welding system uses a 150W QCW laser, which can be air-cooled, no need for additional water chiller, a smaller footprint, and reduced electricity costs.

4) The pouch cell tab welding equipment is equipped with a rotary welding platform with 4 welding stations for higher production efficiency.

5) The welding platform adopts a modular design, which can adapt to welding of different battery packs, positions or methods by simply replacing or adjusting the welding fixture, calling or editing simple programs.

6) The pouch cell battery PCM/PCBA spot welding machine is equipped with an industrial PC and a monitor, and the operation and maintenance are simple.

7) The battery tab welding machine can run continuously for 24 hours and is suitable for mass production lines.
