In addition, the test data can be uploaded to the internal network and MES system, enabling intelligent and digital production.
The lithium-ion battery sorting machine is mainly composed of a battery cell tray loading module, a battery cell barcode scanning module, a battery OCV/IR measurement module, an automatic sorting module and a receiving channels module.
Scope of application:
The lithium-ion battery sorting machine is suitable for incoming inspection and grading of cylindrical cells.
All kinds of cylindrical cells can be customized, the common types are 18650, 21700, 26650, 26700, 32650 and 32700, etc.
