Product overview:
This is a powerful automatic battery sorter machine for OCV/IR testing and grading of cylindrical cell batteries, which has a high degree of automation and low labor intensity for operators.
This automatic battery sorter machine mainly consists of an automatic cardboard box loading module, a battery cell grabbing manipulator, an automatic insulating paper sticker machine module, a battery code reading module, a battery OCV/ACIR test station module, a battery sorting and transfer module, and a battery automatic loading container module.
The automatic battery sorter machine has 10 sorting channels, and the OCV/IR value range of each channel can be set on the industrial PC software. It is equipped with a high-precision OCV/IR testing and sorting system, which will accurately send the battery cells to the set channels according to the measured OCV/IR value.
Scope of application:
The fully automatic battery sorter machine with automatic insulation ring sticker is suitable for automatically pasting insulating paper rings, automatically testing battery OCV/IR, automatic sorting, and automatically loading cylindrical cells into receiving containers.

Features:
1) Compatible with 18650 and 21700 battery cells
The automatic battery sorter machine is compatible with 18650 and 21700 cells and has the ability to process these two types of cylindrical batteries. This capability can make the automatic battery sorter machine more flexible and make equipment investment more cost-effective.
2) Automatic loading of battery cardboard boxes
The automatic battery sorter machine automatically loads battery cardboard boxes, this highly automated capability can significantly reduce manual labor intensity and improve the working environment. Compared with the hopper loading mode, this makes the operator's work easier.
3) Automatic pasting of battery insulation rings
The automatic battery sorter machine integrates an automatic insulating paper ring pasting machine, which can reduce one machine, reduce labor, and improve production and assembly efficiency.
The automatic battery insulation ring sticker is equipped with two sets of battery insulation ring punching dies, which can switch between 18650 cells and 21700 cells without changing the punching dies.
4) Bind OCV/IR test data to battery code
The automatic battery sorter machine is equipped with a battery code reader that can read the cell serial number of the battery and link the battery OCV/IR test data to the cell serial number. Battery OCV/IR test data can be saved, used for statistical analysis, and traceable. Uploading test data to MES is also optional if required.
5) Automatic sorting and transfer based on tested OCV/IR results
All OK receiving channels are preset with the required OCV/IR range. The 9 OK receiving channels are 9 OK OCV/IR ranges, which are sorted into 9 grades. Battery cells that do not meet the requirements will be put into the NG channel.
6) Automatically load sorted cells into receiving containers
The automatic battery sorter machine automatically grabs the sorted battery cells from the receiving channels and loads them into the receiving containers, and the receiving containers can be replaced manually, further reducing the workload of the operator.
