Product overview:
The battery management system tester is mainly used to test whether the various functional indicators of the BMSs are within the range of the technical specifications and whether they meet the functional requirements. Such as, over-voltage protection function, under-voltage protection function, charging and discharging over-current protection function, high and low temperature protection function and short-circuit protection function, etc.
Scope of application:
For BMS manufacturers, the battery management system tester is suitable for end-of-line quality inspection and R&D testing of BMS.
For battery pack manufacturers, the battery management system tester is suitable for incoming quality inspection of BMS.
Features:
1) Each cell can be set independently and arbitrarily.
2) Each temperature channel can simulate any temperature value according to the R-T table.
3) A small voltage is used to simulate the total current of a Hall current sensor or shunt.
4) The total current is a real high current.
5) A programmable high voltage source is used as the total voltage output.
6) The standard communication methods are RS485 bus and CAN bus. Other communication methods are customizable.
7) The upper computer uses LabVIEW graphical programming software for easy integration.
8) The upper computer software comes standard with data analysis, case editing, data management, user management, device management, etc.
9) The barcode scanning function is optional.
