Functional Description:
The lithium battery drop tester adopts a pneumatic structure design to simulate the free fall drop process of the battery during use or transportation, and evaluate the drop impact of the battery to confirm that its safety meets the requirements of the corresponding test standards.
The tested battery is clamped with a special clamp. After pressing the drop button, the clamp cylinder is released, and the tested battery will be subjected to a free fall drop test. It is also equipped with a height scale, and the drop height can be adjusted accordingly according to the test standard.
Scope of Application:
The lithium battery drop tester is used for battery free fall drop test, battery drop test or battery drop impact test in battery safety performance tests.
